Our shipping policy
- Shipping is calculated at checkout. If you believe there is an error in the calculation, please contact us.
- Your order will be dispatched once payment is cleared, delivery times vary depending on your location and can take anywhere between 2 to 10 business days.
- All orders will receive a tracking number – this excludes free shipping items.
- Our orders are shipped via Australia Post and Sendle, please visit their websites for more information.
- We will ensure that all orders are packaged safely and securely. However we are not responsible for any damages or loss that may occur during delivery.
- Shipped items will have an “Authority to leave if safe” instruction unless otherwise stated by the customer.
- All shipping costs are non-refundable – this excludes wrong order processing and faulty items.
Our returns, exchanges and refunds policy
- We do not accept exchanges or issue refunds if you have changed your mind.
- We are unable to accept returns on used items or items that have been in contact with any animals. This is to prevent contamination and ensure the safety of other furry friends.
- In the event that you have received damaged and faulty items, please take pictures of the package and the product and contact us as soon as possible.
- The decision to grant refunds is at our absolute discretion.
